PROPOSED NONPARTISAN BALLOT
Under current Maryland law, a Nonpartisan Ballot for a primary election contains only non-partisan races, such as School Board and Circuit Court Judges. It does not include partisan races such as:

President,
-
US Senate,
-
US House of Representatives,
-
MD Senate, and
-
MD House of Delegates.
Let Us Vote MD is trying to change Maryland law. We want the Maryland Board of Elections to create a Nonpartisan Ballot for primary elections that contain all the PARTISAN races in addition to the nonpartisan races.
To the right is an example of what the Maryland Nonpartisan ballot would have looked like if this new law had been in place in May 2024.
